This charming 1940s home is nestled in a tree-lined historic neighborhood in Greenville, SC. Now empty nesters with a love for travel and entertaining, the homeowners wanted to give their longtime residence a fresh update—one that reflected their new lifestyle while honoring the memories made inside its walls.

The renovation included building a detached guest house, enclosing an outdoor patio, and reimagining their primary bedroom en-suite. Inspired by their global travels and a lifetime of collected treasures, we layered each space with bold wallcoverings, luxurious linens, heirloom antiques, family photos, and meaningful artwork that told their story.

Every room was thoughtfully curated to blend old and new, bringing warmth, personality, and a sense of vibrancy to the home. The result is a beautifully refreshed traditional space that feels both elegant and lived-in—ready to welcome loved ones, host holidays, and create many more joyful memories in the years ahead.
