HOLLY VIEW TOWNHOME

This fresh, light-filled three-story townhome was designed for a local boutique home builder in Greenville, with a modern European country feel that is warm, approachable, and easy to live in. Unlike a traditional staging project, I was involved from the beginning, selecting the interior building finishes as well as the furnishings and decorative details. From flooring, cabinetry, tile, and paint colors to the final artwork and accessories, every choice was made with the complete home in mind.

Throughout the townhome, we layered soft color, warm woods, vintage-inspired patterns, brass details, and collected pieces to give a newly built home character and personality. An olive-green accent wall and patterned rug anchor the living room, while off-white cabinetry, a contrasting black island, and woven counter stools bring warmth to the kitchen. Each bedroom was given its own personality, and even the powder room became an opportunity to have a little fun with a dramatic charcoal color and a gallery wall of gilt-framed art.

Working within a friendly budget was an important part of this project. I sourced furniture, artwork, and accessories locally and from places like Target, Amazon, and Wayfair, mixing affordable finds with pieces that gave the home a more elevated, collected feel. Inspired in part by the approachable style of Shea McGee and the warmth of Joanna Gaines, we created a home that feels thoughtfully designed without feeling overly decorated or out of reach.

The finished townhome is comfortable, polished, and genuinely livable, showing how much can be accomplished with thoughtful sourcing and a clear design vision. For a staged home, that matters. Potential buyers aren't simply walking through a beautifully decorated space. They're able to imagine themselves living there.
