CLEVELAND RESIDENCE

This beautiful three-bedroom condo was a full-spectrum project—from downsizing and renovation to space planning and finishing touches. The homeowners were relocating from Cincinnati, Ohio, to be closer to family in Greenville. They found a lovely condo with great bones, but it needed some thoughtful updates to better suit their lifestyle: stylish, welcoming, and designed with aging in place in mind.

We fully renovated the kitchen and bathrooms, made soft updates throughout the living areas, and reimagined the flow of the space to support entertaining and everyday comfort. Outside, we added a brick paver patio and a blooming flower bed—giving them a beautiful and functional space to host guests or enjoy a quiet morning.

The clients brought with them a collection of beloved antiques, heirloom pieces, and art that told their story. These treasures became the foundation of our design. By layering in new furniture, reupholstering existing pieces, updating the lighting, and adding just the right accessories, we created a space that feels both timeless and personal. The result? A warm, elevated home with a classic-meets-transitional feel—perfect for this next chapter in their lives.
